Government of Nepal Ministry of Infrastructure Development Department of Local Infrastructure Development Provincial and Local Roads Improvement Program (PLRIP) Central Program Coordination Unit (CPCU) Shreemahal, Pulchowk, Lalitpur Ph: 01-5520605, 01-5424405 REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (REOI) (CONSULTING SERVICES -INDIVIDUAL) First Date of Publication: July 17, 2026 Assignment Title Reference No. Federal Quality Monitor PLRIP-FQM-IC-04-082/83 The Government of Nepal (Go N) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Provincial and Local Roads Improvement Program (PLRIP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) include supporting the CPCU for effective implementation of the Program. The program is being implemented in three provinces; Madhesh, Karnali and Sudurpaschim. The detailed scope of the services is as stated in TOR. The PLRIP-CPCU now invites eligible “Consultants” to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide detailed curriculum vitae demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are as stated in TOR which can be found at the website mentioned in para 4. The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III of the Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers Seventh Edition September 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest. A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Individual Consultant’s Selection method set out in the Procurement Regulations.
