F.a: Fostering constitutional rights and livelihood of PWDs in rural communities in Dailekh

DAEC plans to establish 5 Self-Help Groups and build their leadership capacities. DAEC will also arrange a 15-days herbal training for 20 Persons with Disbilities. The groups will process and sell the herbs they collect.
